At NZ Crop Care we pride ourselves on customer service and the ability to provide Technical backup to our wide range of horticulture products and clients.

Our service includes identifying pests and disease, writing spray programme's, detailing crop schedules and developing fertiliser programme's; we can supply all the necessary products to make your venture a success.

We have a single retail outlet situated in Pukekohe, from here we base our field operations, this involves monitoring and assessing crop growth and development if required. Having hands on approach allows us to become familiar with individual crops situations, which means we are well placed to help growers get the best from their operations, maximising their available resources.

We service a diverse range of crops and customers, both large and small who are spread over a wide geographical area.

There are three major areas we specialise in:

• Greenhouse production
• Outdoor Production
• Turf

Within these major categories we look at disease management through increasing plant health using cultural, nutritional and chemical control. A problem, associated with global networking is made apparent and analysed to verify diseases or viruses, and then offer appropriate control measures.

We will test your soil, water or tissue samples and from there develop nutritional programme's and monitor crops and adjust according to plant development, growth stage and external factors such as prevalent weather conditions.

We adopt a holistic approach towards developing programme's and schedules to foster good horticultural practices that regard crop performance as a series of integrated relationships. Our team works with entomologists to try to develop and promote the use of biological controls where possible, thus reducing the dependence on chemical control and promoting self-regulation, where possible.

One of our goals is that we keep abreast of new technologies and incorporate innovative scientific advances into our mode of operation, hence our logo "Science our Future". This means that we can add perceivable value to products we supply and enhance the service to our customers.
